We are Glory House Ministries of York,
Pennsylvania.Our
vision is to grow a community of disciples and disciplers who are
mature in their Christianity, who are ready and fit for leadership, and who
will not grow weary in taking the love of Christ to the Least, the
Last, and the Lost.
Glory House Ministries seeks to minister to the City of York
and beyond through evangelizing and discipling.We believe the Holy Spirit will build a community committed
to walk in the love and integrity of Jesus Christ.
Through relational commitments such as
our Prison Ministry and
Men's Transition House, Prayer Walking, Weightlifting Ministry,
Mentoring, Coffee House and
others, we expect to draw the lost to come and see Christ and let
the Holy Spirit do His work.

Our Prison Ministry and Transition House has been the
foundation of our work in York. We need to encourage men of mature faith
who are strong in their walk with the Lord to assist us in this
ministry. If this is you, consider serving with Glory House
Ministries to change the lives of men who went astray. Your
assistance is greatly needed and appreciated.
We desire the church and its facilities at 40 Jefferson
Avenue to be utilized by other ministries that agree with
our Biblical Principals. We pray for an interdenominational
working together of God’s people to bring hope to the hopeless,
just as
Christ sheds light in the darkness.
Psalm 127:1 states, “Unless the Lord builds the house,
they labor in vain who build it; unless the Lord guards the city,
the watchman stays awake in vain”.
We
are joyfully excited to see how the Lord will build Glory House and
guard this City of York! Intercessors and prayer warriors, we

Statement
of Faith
We believe
that the Holy Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God. We believe in one God and Creator of all things, eternally existing in
three persons:Father,
Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that man, through disobedience, fell from a sinless state
into a state of sin.The
wages of sin is death – physical, spiritual, and eternal.From this condition, man can only be saved by the grace of
God through faith in Christ Jesus. We believe that Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, died on the cross a
sacrifice for our sins.His
shed blood and His resurrection provide the only grounds for the
salvation of all who believe. We believe that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord
Jesus Christ, to convict all people of their sin, to regenerate
believers and baptize them with power, to produce godly character,
and to distribute gifts throughout the church.
We believe that the true church is composed of all who have believed in
Jesus’ finished work, have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit,
and have denied their own rights sacrificially following Jesus
Christ, the Head of the Church.
We
believe
that the church is called to worship the Lord, enjoy His company,
and grow in their knowledge of Him.The joy of this relationship is to overflow into all the
world as we declare the Gospel to the nations.
We
believe
that Jesus Christ is literally coming again to receive the church
and to judge unbelievers.
We believe in
intensive evangelism, Christian growth, and Discipleship.
All
believers and followers of Jesus Christ need to have a schedule for
